Heal stress

Heavenly father, Please grant me peace of mind
and calm my troubled heart.  My soul is like a turbulent sea.
I can't seem to find my balance so I stuble and worry constantly. 
Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose
and walk the path you've laid out for me.  I trust your Love God
and know that you will heal this stress.  Just as the sun
rises each day against the dark of night.  Please
bring me clarity with the light of God.  In Jesus
name I pray, Amen 

serenity prayer

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
 Living one day at a time;Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking as He did ,
this sinful world as it is, not as I
would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right
 if I surrender to his will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely
 happy with Him forever in the next.

Angel

Let this angel be a beautiful symbok that our loved ones are missed
today and everyday.  As we move forward.  We are grateful to have
had them in our lives no matter how long.  Take a moment each day
 to recall memories and send your love to heaven and feel the love
that radiates back.

A prayer For
Peace of mind and Heart 
 
Lord Jesus, give me your peace. Give me confidence in the depths of danger. 
Give me hope when I am surrounded by fear.  Still my worries, calm
 the anxities pressing in on me from the world live in.  Lord Jesus, 
give me your peace. Reassure me that you are with me when I seem alone. 
Ease my doubting, as you did Thomas's. Lord jesus, give me your peace.
Guide my searching for peace, so that   I may not seek it where it is not to be found, 
but I may seek it in you.  Lord Jesus, live in me and give me your peace.
